What is the estimated shipping time?

We process your order within 1–2 business days. After that, shipping within the United States usually takes 4–7 business days.

In total, you can expect your package within 5–9 business days.

Please note: delivery times are estimates, sometimes carriers can be a little slower due to weather or busy periods. But no worries: you can always keep an eye on your package via "Track your order".

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

Changed your mind? No problem!

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipment yet.

Once your order has been packed or shipped, it’s already on its way and can’t be cancelled anymore. But don’t worry: you can always return it afterwards according to our Return Policy.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do now?

Oh no, something went wrong with your order, sorry about that!

If your package got lost on the way, arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, don’t worry: we’ll fix it for you.

Just send us an email at info@avamaren.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If you can, include your order number and a photo (if applicable), so we can help you even faster.

According to US consumer law and our Return Policy, you’re always entitled to a free replacement or a full refund in these cases. No extra costs, no hassle.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within the United States to all 50 states. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery is handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

The track and trace does not give any information, what now?

No worries! We continuously keep you informed about your order by e-mail, which you can also follow live on our website. From the moment your parcel arrives at the mail-order company, Track & Trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Our processing time is 1 to 2 working days, and the delivery time for our shipping is on average 4 to 7 working days. Sometimes delivery may take a little longer due to external factors such as busy delivery service or transport delays. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and will keep you updated on the status by email!

REFUNDS & GUARANTEES

Where can I return my parcel to?

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us first at info@avamaren.com with your order number before sending anything back. This way we can process your return faster and avoid mistakes.

How long could I return my item?

We offer a 30-day returns policy (after receipt).

How long does it take until I get my money back?

After we receive and approve your return, we refund the product price within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10

What are the costs of returning my order?

In most cases, you’ll pay for the return shipping yourself. The exact price depends on the courier and the size of your package. For standard clothing returns within the U.S., this is usually between $6 and $12.
